BoKapsys provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, and related financial support services for businesses. 3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing Your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a BoKapsys web form (Contact, Quote, or Callback request), You agree to the following text messaging program terms.
Program Description. BoKapsys sends text (SMS) messages for customer care, appointment scheduling, account and service updates, and responses to inquiries You submit. This is a conversational and transactional messaging program, not a marketing-blast program.
Opt-In. You opt in to receive text messages by checking the unchecked SMS consent box on one of our web forms. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from BoKapsys.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies depending on Your interactions with BoKapsys and the nature of Your request.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to Your mobile service provider. Please contact Your wireless carrier for details about Your messaging or data plan. BoKapsys is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message You receive from BoKapsys. After You send STOP, We will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages unless You opt in again. To opt back in, sign up again through one of our web forms.

Supported Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by Your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
